Christmas 2009
CHRISTMAS DAY
St Nicholas Church welcomed 20 people to the Church Centre for a traditional Christmas lunch, cooked at the Tea & Trade Tea Rooms by Mary & Sue.
These people would have probably gone without a Christmas meal as most of them live on their own.
Around ten helpers gave up their time to make sure the day went smoothly and after lunch Sally, Tony & Dave helped the carol singing along before a surprise visit from Santa giving out a present to everyone.
A very enjoyable time was had by everyone. A big thank you goes to everyone who made this day very special.
